Hudson is a Statutory Town in Weld County, Colorado, United States. The population was 2,356 at the 2010 census. A post office called Hudson has been in operation since 1883. The town derives its name from the town company, Hudson City Land and Improvement Co.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.3 square miles (6.0 km2), of which, 2.3 square miles (6.0 km2) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) of it (0.85%) is water.
